Good Morning Production Department.

Hi, my name is Jonathan Valdez and I am President of the company Unique Box. On February 14th, 2023, I did a presentation at the Jacob Javits Center showcasing my cardboard box. John Brady from your production department gave me his business card so we can discuss the production of my box. We had a meeting back on February 20th and I handed him a technical description of my product and he decided to start production. It is now March 1st and I am anxious to have a followup meeting to see where my prototype of the cardboard box and if there were any issues.

TO: Shuttle Services of CCNY

FROM: Jonathan Valdez

SUBJECT: Improved shuttle service

I am notifying the transportation services of CCNY that we need to improve our shuttle services to the school. We have had major complaints from the students and the staff that the shuttle is always late and doesn’t leave on time. When the shuttle service is not operable the students are forced to walk up the hill on 145th and that delays them from getting to class on time. There have been many situations where the shuttle doesn’t show up and no announcements have ever been made via email.

We need to find ways to improve the shuttle service so it can be operational all year around. We need to get more buses and hire more drivers so the shuttle can run every 10 minutes. This service is important to the students and the staff to get them to their classes on time and also for their safety.

It is essential to the school that we have the most top notch shuttle service with no problems. I will bring this situation up to the next budget school meeting and with the president of the school. This shuttle service is very important to our staff and students because they rely on this type of transportation. This transportation is very important especially during the harsh weather and the most important it will be safe for the students and staff so they won’t walk alone in the dark to get them to the train. We need to do better for the school and have a high performance when it comes to transportation that we provide.
